Three-quarters of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) use social media, spending about one-fifth of their total media budget on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, reveals a new study. In their ongoing study of the advertising behaviors of small and medium-sized businesses, BIA/Kelsey found that 74.5 percent now use social media, with more than half (55.1 percent) active on Facebook.Read the full article
