Exploits and Vulnerabilities Challenge the Integrity of Google Maps

It’s been an odd few weeks for Google Maps. Back in April, the search giant was embarrassed when stunt edits from anonymous users began making headlines. In one of these, a user was able to get a bogus snowboarding shop called “Edwards Snow Den” listed at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, suggesting playfully that NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden was hiding out in the White House.Read the full article
