Endurance splashes out $1.1 billion on Constant Contact

Endurance International is to acquire email marketing company Constant Contact for $1.1 billion. The $32-a-share cash offer, a 23% premium on Constant Contact’s Friday closing price, has been approved by both boards. Endurance counts registrars BigRock, Domain.com and ResellerClub among its portfolio of brands, which also includes hosting companies HostGator and BlueHost.Read the full article
