‘We were wasting time churning out tweets’: The Economist’s guide to quality over quantity

As the Economist’s social media team matures, it has moved away from playing a volume game to posting fewer posts of more quality. A year ago, 15 different tweets were written for each article the Economist published, often between five and 10 a day.
