Salvation Army Today - 01.04.2018 - Human Trafficking Awareness Month

January is Human Trafficking Awareness month and The Salvation Army is encouraging others to get involved in the Fight for Freedom. Human trafficking is the third most profitable criminal industry generating $150 billion each year. The Salvation Army Anti-Trafficking initiatives work alongside local law enforcement, FBI, ICE, and numerous other community partners to identify, rescue, and restore survivors of forced labor and sexual exploitation.
