One of those habits was successful people read a lot, and I recommended Matt Lloyd’s new book, Limitless, as a book to start reading. The book is available for free (you pay shipping) until 11:59PM EST March 10.

At the recent MOBE Platinum Mastermind in Fiji, I had an opportunity to interview many attendees. One person who stood out was Adeline Sugianto. Like most Asians, Adeline followed the common advice of going to school and getting a “good job.” She moved to Australia to pursue her education and career as an engineer. Her good life as an engineer abruptly ended in 2013 when she lost her job.
A common piece of advice you might receive is never to put all your eggs in one basket. H However, dividing your eggs over a number of separate baskets can present another problem: how are you going to manage all those baskets? And how can you decide which basket is the one that deserves the most attention? In the context of Internet marketing and making money from websites, t ...
It took way longer than planned, but I am finally on the sandy beaches of Fiji. I have to tell you, it was all worth it in the end. My adventure started on Wednesday, March 16 with dinner at BCD Tofu for Sally and her friend, who was visiting from Vancouver. Sally still has school right now so she won’t be coming with me.
It’s been said that money doesn’t buy happiness, but you definitely need money if you want to survive. You’ve got to put food on the table, keep a roof over your head, and pay your bills. Lots of people need a little help to make it to their next payday. Therefore, they might need a loan to buy a car or to start a small business.
You need to have a good grasp of your site’s metrics and traffic information if you want to have any remote chance at making money online. It is only when you are armed with this data that you can suitably and intelligently adapt your content and marketing strategies, giving yourself the opportunity for monumental growth and huge profits.
On this episode of Driving with John Chow, I continue with my series on habits of successful people. One of the most important assets you have as an entrepreneur is time. Unfortunately, most people don’t use their time wisely. This is where the time quadrant comes in. If you ever read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, then you’ll know about the time quadrant.
I’m a big fan of social media for business purposes and believe certain social networks are important for business growth. Social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ have millions of users each day and a simple post shared can generate thousands of visitors in a single day. They are great for brand awareness, user engagement, and increasing conversions.
Keeping people on your blog longer can translate into higher engagement, conversions, and profits. Having strategies in place will reduce your bounce rate enormously as it forces people to navigate to different pages on your blog. People are often under the impression that keeping people on your blog longer has to do with layout, colors, and navigation, which is correct 60% of the time.
I’m a huge fan of incorporating videos into my content marketing strategy because it allows me to add some diversity into my content. For example, bloggers understand the power of videos to drive traffic to their blog and using them as a video aid to content that otherwise would be very difficult to understand.
Limitless Book Bonuses – Free Audio Version, PDF and More! Have you picked up your free copy of Matt Lloyd’s new book, Limitless, yet? He’s giving away the entire first run of 2,500 copies. When I meet new people for the first time and I tell them what I do for a living, I oftentimes get some variation of the same fundamental response. Oh, I wish I could work from home like you. Oh, I wish I could be my own boss and run my own business. Oh, I wish I could make my living on the Internet. Oh, I wish I had the freedom to spend more time with my family.
BurntZilla started as a union between two of the top food trucks in Orange County. The restaurant was built on the Burnt Truck’s modern take on classic comfort foods and Dogzilla’s Asian inspired twist on the traditional American Hot Dog. They still use the trucks for catering and events. However, fans of the trucks can now get their fix at their restaurant at the Walnut Village Center in Irvine.
Speaking At The MOBE Conversion Summit Today, I did a two hour presentation for the MOBE Conversion Summit happening in Fiji. The Summit is a pre-event for the Platinum Mastermind and is available for free for all Platinum Mastermind attendees. As you no doubt guessed by the name, the Conversion Summit is all about converting leads into customers, and customers into money.
When starting a business or an online blog, it’s important to decide if you will be registering a name that is related to your niche or creating a brand around your personal name. Whatever decision you make, it’s important you continue to grow your business over the years. It’s become a trend to brand yourself based around your personal name, like JohnChow.com.
Oh, I don’t have the kind of money to spend on that training course. Oh, I don’t have the kind of money to pay for that premium software package or to invest in that search engine optimization tool. It’s a very common misconception among people outside of the Internet marketing sphere that you need to have a lot of money in order to even get started with making money online.
I know each year can be full of challenges so if you’re still smiling, you did just fine. Anyway, my content is usually pretty long so I decided to put together this quick reference guide on how you can cut down your “thinking” time when thinking of blog content ideas. For those of you who write content regularly, you’ll be surprised that many ideas are floating around right u ...

Every time I look at the end of a year, I try and figure out things that worked out and those that didn’t. I then write down ways to change my habits so it brings me closer to my ultimate objective. However, it can be pretty difficult to know what you need to change if you don’t have a clear vision of what you’re trying to achieve and this should have been figured out before st ...
It’s a saying that comes up time and time again. So many people will continue to tell you that money doesn’t buy happiness. They’ll tell you stories of all the people who won the lottery, only to be miserable a few short years later. They’ll tell you tales of humble folks who couldn’t be more satisfied with their lives.
Affiliate marketers work hard, but we play just as hard. We took a break from the MOBE Platinum Mastermind in Fiji to hit the water and the sky with an afternoon of parasailing. Parasailing is a recreational kiting activity where you are towed behind a boat while attached to a specially designed canopy wing that looks a lot like a parachute.
At every MOBE masterminds, there is always a contest to see who can produce the best video from the event. The prize is $1,000 in cash. The winner is determined by the attendees based on how loud they cheer. The video with the loudest cheer wins. I always enter the video contest, but I generally never win, even though my videos always have the highest production quality.
I finally managed to get behind the wheels of my Jaguar F-Type to film a new episode of Driving with John Chow. I know it’s been while. My last episode was way back in Feb 11. I plan to do a few more episode before taking off to Fiji on March 16. On this episode, I reveal two success habits tha ...
Writing doesn’t come easily to a lot of people, particularly within the academic and educational context where students are expected to produce reports, essays and term papers on a fairly frequent basis. It can get incredibly stressful with fast-approaching deadlines too, which is why some students may turn to term paper writing services for help.
