  • HookLogic Being Bought Out by Criteo

    Criteo, a performance marketing firm, has just reached an agreement to buy HookLogic. HookLogic was founded back in 2004, and has been powering shopping ads for a variety of major retail sites such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and others. Their service gave these brands a great way to feature products in search results for in-market consumers to see.
