  • Twitter Advertisers Beware of Non-Legitimate Clicks & Engagement

    There has been a tweet by Tom Scott making the rounds with over 12,000 retweets, alerting users that anytime you reply to promoted tweet – even with just heckling – the advertiser gets charged. I just found out that replying to a promoted tweet, even just with heckling, costs the promoter between 50¢ and $5. Use that as you will.
