There are quite a few free keyword research tools out there. First, let’s take a look at why keyword research is import and then let’s take a look ...
My Affiliate Summit wrap-up post is going to be a little different for ASW17 because this year I came home from Las Vegas with two awards including Affiliate Manager of the Year. I have been writing Affiliate Summit wrap-up posts for years now. For example, the last one I wrote about ASW16 in New York or the time I most died at Affiliate Summit in 2013.
Last week, I published an article about a set of keyword tools that I use to run my ppc campaigns and do blogging research. I have built and released three different marketing tools over the past three years. I spend thousands of dollars a year on various affiliate marketing tools. Why? Because the better your tools are, the more edge you have over your competition! The too ...

This year, we have lost two traffic sources that anyone who has been doing affiliate marketing for a few years has probably at least tried out: 7Search and LeadImpact. Nearly 5 years ago, I published an article titled Traffic Sources Based On Experience and both 7Search and LeadImpact were recommended in it.
On July 14th, I started recruiting beta testers for a new website I co-founded with my friend Danny. Over the past 68 days, Pagez has added 1,300 new users who have published 5,000 articles that have generated 12,500,000 page views. In this article, I will explain what Pagez is, how I came up with the idea, how we went about our beta launch, and what we have planned for the future.
On November 16, 2016, I published my first article on a brand new blog for my business, FPTraffic. FPTraffic is a Facebook Page management tool I launched over 3 years ago. The tool has been pretty successful despite the fact that I have hardly done any marketing for it outside of my initial launch emails and a few promotions over the years on this blog.
Over the past 6 years, my focus on Twitter has continued to increase. There are a lot of marketers and big brands that are shifting their focus away from Twitter and I have read many articles that claim that Twitter is dying. I disagree. Not only do I believe that Twitter is a great marketing channel right now and will be into the future, but I have spent a lot of time and m ...
I have received a lot of questions about a traffic source I recently recommended so I thought it would be beneficial to do a quick guide and explain how to to run a PeerFly offer with TONIC’s zero click traffic. TONIC is a traffic marketplace (ad network) where you can buy zero click and pop traffic. I prefer to run the zero click domain traffic because it seems to convert better.
The Internet landscape is constantly evolving which means the best sources of traffic for affiliates is constantly changing too. Where can affiliates find good traffic in 2017? There are 5 specific traffic sources that I recommend affiliates test this year. These are all sources I have been running traffic with for the past few months and that I have had some success with.
Towards the end of 2015, our CEO at PeerFly, Chad French, finally convinced me to start listening to audiobooks. Chad had been listening to audiobooks for awhile using Audible and had been talking about the books he was listening to quite a bit. It sounded interesting, but I had never tried audiobooks.
Making money online gives you the freedom to do your work in the comfort of your home, on your own time, under your own guidance. This freedom is a huge perk, especially if you’re a self-starter. Some people work better at home than in an office setting, but many struggle to be as productive when left to their own conduct.
Twitter has announced two updates that will effectively modify its current 140-allowable character limit in that only words will count. Historically, Twitter has limited tweets to 140 characters, counting every character towards the limit, including images, videos and URLs. Media attachments such as images, GIFs, videos and will no longer count against the character limit.
There were many reasons I was excited to attend the Affiliate Summit East conference again this year. Most of them involve eating, but a few involve business as well. Business at Affiliate Summit seems to improve each year. It’s a great opportunity for our team at PeerFly to meet up with our current clients and publishers.
Earlier this month, I completely revamped one of my viral media sites and one big change I made was setting up a Twitter Card. Since implementing the Twitter Card for the site two weeks ago, I have seen a 444.92% increase in traffic from Twitter! First, I want to explain what a Twitter Card is and then I will show you how you can setup your own Twitter Card for your website an ...
I have not accepted any new guest posts on this blog in awhile, but when Irina emailed me about doing a guest post about how to get quality links using content marketing, I could not pass up the opportunity. I recently started reading Epic Content Marketing by Joe Pulizzi and it’s a fantastic book.
