March 25, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz Glen from ViperChill.com sent out a tweet that he had mentioned me in his latest blog post. Reading the post, it made me guilty for only posting once a month these days. Geez… is that really the post frequency I do now? I can remember back to the days when I would consistently post 3-4 times a week.
March 27, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz Yes, I’m talking to you. You know who you are. Be sure to read carefully, as there should be no more incentive for you to leave comments on my blog anymore because as of yesterday, the Top Commentators list now has: rel=’external nofollow’ added to all of its links.
April 11, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz First, a very quick health update: So, less than a week after posting that my health was much improved, I had a major relapse with my Meniere’s Disease and whatever the hell else is wrong with me. I went to the doctor again and he’s a bit concerned, saying that there’s a bunch of "red flags", and he scheduled me to get an MRI of my head.
April 13, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz Some or even most of you may already know this and even consider it as common knowledge, but it’s something that I didn’t really realize or consider before. And if I didn’t consider this before, then chances are some of you haven’t either, which is why I’d like to share what I’ve learned with you.
Earlier today, just a week after my last tour, I went out to take a look at 5 more properties with my realtor. I’ve been very "into" income properties lately. In fact, I haven’t even touched affiliate marketing in a few months. Part of that is due to my health issues, but I also just needed a bit of a change I guess. Don’t worry. I do plan on returning to affiliate marketing.
April 21, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz Yup, it’s yet another income property post. What can I say? I’m really into real estate right now. There hasn’t seem to have been interest in these posts though, it seems. There wasn’t even a single comment left on my last post. I thought that a lot of people might be interested in income properties though since it is a much more common w ...
April 23, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz 48 Hours after my last post, I’m already back with another one. This is actually a direct follow-up to my previous post where I show how the real money made in the rental properties I’m looking at is through the equity gain, not the cashflow. I’ve accounted for virtually every cost imaginable, but left some out such as market fluctuation ...
I’ve been continuing to focus 100% on real estate lately, completely ignoring everything else. Mainly, I’ve been studying by reading countless articles and forum threads on BiggerPockets – an online community for real estate investors. Think of it like StackThatMoney but for real estate investors.
With my health slowly improving and in a continued effort to try to get "back on track", I thought I’d go ahead and post another affiliate marketing income report. November 2014 was an interesting month because it kind of caught me by surprise and actually ended up being my 2nd highest profiting month since June 2013! As usual, I’ll discuss more details as this report goes on ...
February 15, 2015 Posted by Tyler Cruz First, a quick update on my Meniere’s Disease. Fortunately, I’ve been feeling a hell of a lot better over the past few days. The worst "drop attack" occurred on January 31st, and I was definitely still feeling the after-effects of it up to February 10th, but around the 11th I started feeling a lot better and have been improving every day since.
I apologize for the sheer lack of posting lately. I have been having medical issues. In fact, I will have to keep this post fairly short because of this. It may also not be the most coherent, especially since it’s currently 2:29am as I can’t sleep due to anxiety. A few days ago, on January 31st 2015, I was diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease.
It’s time for another affiliate marketing income report. I’ve been noticing a problem lately… I’ve been getting pretty complacent and lazy with my affiliate marketing efforts again. As I mentioned before, I usually tend to put in a lot more effort when my earnings are doing really well or doing really poorly – when they are just mediocre, I lose the incentive to make the added ...
11 days ago I published a post on my walkthrough tour of some rental properties I was interested in purchasing. A couple days ago I went out for a 2nd tour, this time for new properties I was interested in, and so I thought I’d share how it went again. As the first time, I had an absolute blast again. It’s just so fun to go out and look at something physical to invest in.
Heh, this title sounds like a reality TV show. As you know, I’ve been seriously looking into acquiring an investment property, specifically a buy-and-hold cashflowing rental. On Friday, after a lot of research and analysis, I finally went out with my investment agent to take a look at some of the leading properties on my list in person.
It’s time for another affiliate marketing income report! Hmm… how should I fill the next few introductory paragraphs? I know! How about we go back in time 1 year ago and see how September 2013 did? September 2013 was an interesting month because it was a complete shock to the system. Only 3 months prior, I generated over $52,000 in profit in June.
