NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DelightFulls™ Peanut Butter Filled Morsels 1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature 2 medium bananas Whipped cream, optional Chopped hazelnuts, optional BAKING INSTRUCTIONS COMBINE evaporated milk, flour, 2 tablespoons, butter, salt and eggs in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Cover; refrigerate for 30 minutes. HEAT 9- or 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with a thin coat of remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Pour 1/4 cup “tortilla” batter into the center of the skillet and swirl until the batter covers the bottom in a thin layer. Cook for 2 minutes to lightly brown the bottom. Invert the “tortilla” out flat on a clean towel, plate, or cutting board to cool. Repeat procedure with remaining batter and butter. PEEL and slice bananas into 1/8-inch slices (40 slices total). Lay “tortillas” on a flat surface. Spread about one tablespoon cream cheese on half of each “tortilla” and top with 2 tablespoons DelightFulls morsels and 5 banana slices. Fold in half, then in half again to make the quesadilla. COOK folded quesadillas in remaining butter for a few minutes on each side or until chocolate is melted. Serve warm. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts to the top of the quesadillas. Tips: This recipe can be prepared ahead of time. Just refrigerate prepared quesadillas, bring to room temperature and heat in oven until the chocolate melts.
